East Texas Barn Quilt Trail

Like colossal roadside canvases, barn quilts artistically combine two symbols of Texas heritage—barns and quilts. The colorful patterns, painted on or hung on hundreds of barns, houses or even sheds throughout the region, create the backdrop for a series of driving and walking tours perfect for an afternoon escape. Do you want to be a part of an East Texas driving tour that will connect art with the city, a scenic country drive or small-town visit?  The first set of maps were printed November 1, 2020 and as more BQs are added additional maps will be printed.  Maps are distributed to the Chamber of Commerce.   Please call 903.570-5722 or email us at thecraftyfoxoftyler@gmail.com for additional information.

Take a drive around the city and surrounding area and enjoy these Barn Quilt Blocks!
